HOW TO APPLY
Apply over clean, dry skin, starting at the outer eye corner. Slide the applicator over the skin of the upper eyelid, on the base of the lash line. Wait 2-3 minutes for the product to dry before using any other cosmetic product.
Apply lash serum every 2-3 days for the first week. From the second week, use daily until you have your desired lash length. Once your desired length is achieved, reduce use to 2 or 3 times a week.
